Absolutely! We ship worldwide with TRACKED SHIPPING.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is FREE for all orders over £35.
WHAT ARE THE PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES?
Orders are shipped within 48 hours.
Delivery time varies depending on the destination: 5–14 business days for international orders, and 1–3 business days for local orders.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, it is sent to one of our shipping centers from where your item will be dispatched.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package is shipped. You can then track your delivery status on our website under “Track My Order” using your email address and order number.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Simply choose your items and click “ADD TO CART”, repeat for each item, then go to your cart and follow the steps to complete your order and payment. We will prepare your order and send you a confirmation email.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa and Mastercard bank cards or international bank cards. Cheques and bank transfers are not accepted.
IS PAYMENT SECURE?
Our store is completely secure, and we use SSL encryption to protect your personal and confidential data. We use Peach Payments’ secure payment systems, an international platform certified and compliant with security standards (PCI DSS). You can shop with confidence using Visa, Mastercard, or international bank cards. Your data is protected and never shared with third parties.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Have you received the shipping confirmation for your order? If your order was shipped more than 5 weeks ago, contact us with your order number. We will investigate and respond within 48 hours.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We’re sorry, this can happen. Please contact us, describe the issue, and include a photo as proof. We will do our best to find a solution.
I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER, CAN I GET A REFUND?
Absolutely! You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return any product that does not meet your expectations.
You must print the withdrawal form, email it to us, and return your items to the address provided.
Returns must be sent exclusively by mail, and return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once received, your order will be fully refunded.
Shipping fees paid for orders under £35 will not be refunded if free shipping was not applied.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR THE “SATISFIED OR REFUNDED” GUARANTEE?
You must be within the 14-day period from the date of receipt of your order to benefit from the “Satisfied or Refunded” guarantee.
You must contact us before returning any item to follow the indicated procedure, and the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
WHEN WILL I NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND?
If the product has been used and is no longer resellable.
If the shipment did not reach the destination due to an incorrect delivery address provided at checkout.
If the return process was not followed correctly.
